PURCHASING STAFF FOR TAKA HYDROCORE INDONESIA
Job Description
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
- Suppliers selection and send the order/requisition to the suppliers.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Track the status of any orders.
- Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Produce and maintain all purchasing reports.
- Undertake all word processing that is required.
- Undertake all filing as required.
- Maintain any diaries that are in the office.
- Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary.
- Generally help out with smaller purchases, reviews and inventory matters.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Purchasing Division of Mechanical & Geotechnical Services field or Manufacturing field

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER FOR TAKA HYDROCORE INDONESIA
Responsibility
- Principal Duties
- Manage geotechnical and geological analyses, manage staff and supporting subconsultants and studies, conduct research, perform preliminary geological reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies, review testing results, and develop design recommendations.
- Interface with clients, design teams, and public.
- Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures and function as technical specialist or project manager.
- Develop, manage, and/or perform field work for geotechnical and geological studies in accordance with various public agencies, and private clients.
- Prepare documents detailing analysis and recommendations.
- Critically review testing results, design recommendations, and documents detailing the studies/projects conducted.
- Manage budgets, write and edit reports and proposals.
Requirement
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering (specializing in Geotechnical), a postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering is welcome to apply
- At least 3 years experience in geotechnical engineering field
- Expert in engineering analysis and design
- Be able to undertake complex geotechnical engineering tasks
- Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical instrument application in geotechnical works
- Understand in the soil investigation method testing and reports
- Familiar in using geotechnical engineering and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring software
- Experience with progress reporting and analysis
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with project management capability
- Be able to communicate effectively with variety of stakeholders including clients, senior management, technical professionals and operational personnel
- Able to work in team and work independently
- Understand and applies safety requirements in the fields
- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills in English
- Be able to work under pressure environment
